In September of 2018 Genie's husband Eddie Williams joined the team and now adds an extra level of expertise to our services you won't find elsewhere. While Eddie's primary function is data input and analysis of accounts, he brings his 20 year Military experience with the US Navy utilizing his administrative background. We make a great team and are a proud Veteran owned and operated Corporation. We also both hold Notary Public Appointments in the state of Washington.

As a small business, Genie can show you the benefits of value based pricing rather than hourly rates. We put our efforts into your needs and expectations to ensure you get what matters most to YOU! We will ensure you stay up to date with federal, state and local filing and reporting requirements. We offer Notary Public services free of charge to our clients.
Who we are
Genie and her husband Eddie came to the islands from So. California in 2002 (retired Military) in search of a better lifestyle. We found it! Throughout my professional 40+ year career I have been involved in office management, bookkeeping and even a former retail shop owner on San Juan Island. I am a proud mom of 2 great kids and a beautiful granddaughter. I love working with people to help them achieve their goals.
